Experience You Can Trust, Advocacy You Deserve
ABOUT Kyle Dardis
I’ve been in construction most of my life. I started in the trades, worked my way up through general contracting, earned a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University, and eventually moved into the owner development side. I’ve built projects, managed teams, solved problems in the dirt, and sat at the table for multi-million-dollar decisions. I’ve seen every part of the process—and I’ve seen how quickly things fall apart when no one’s connecting the dots.
That’s why I started K&T Construction Consulting.
- To protect the owner.
- To protect the contract.
- To protect the project.
- To protect the people.
I represent owners on large, complex builds—projects where the stakes are high, and there’s no room for error. I help bring clarity to the chaos, make sure people are held accountable, and keep the job moving forward the way it should.
What makes me different is I’ve lived every role. I know what the owner needs. I know what the subs need. I know what the field crews are dealing with. I speak everyone’s language, and I’m not afraid to say what needs to be said to get it done right.
My job isn’t just to solve problems—it’s to prevent them. That means clear communication, strong contracts, consistent follow-through, and knowing when to push and when to listen.
I’m here to do the work, protect the investment, and make sure the outcome reflects the original vision—with fewer surprises, fewer delays, and fewer regrets.
Our Core values
At K&T Construction Consulting, our work is guided by principles forged from decades in the field—and a commitment to doing what’s right, not what’s easy.
1. Do the Right Thing
We operate with integrity—even in the grey areas. When tough decisions arise, we lead with fairness, honesty, and what's best for everyone involved.
2. Protect the Owner’s Investment
We advocate for our clients like it's our own money on the line. From contracts to construction timelines, we keep your best interest front and center—always.
3. Live by the contract
We don’t play games with expectations. The contract sets the standard—and we make sure everyone understands it, follows it, and is held accountable to it.
4. Bridge The Gap
We speak the language of the trades and the boardroom. From attorneys to laborers, we build trust across every layer of a project—because communication is everything.
5. Confront Problems, Keep Progressing
We don’t shy away from conflict. When something’s off, we call it out. But we do it constructively, so momentum never stalls and relationships stay intact.
6. No Shortcuts, No Surprises
We believe in craftsmanship, clear communication, and quality execution. Cutting corners may save time—but it costs more in the long run. We don’t go there.
7. Relationships Matter
In this industry, who you know—and how you treat them—can make or break a project. We’ve built trusted relationships that keep things moving and elevate the work.
